Account Administration

If you have forgotten your password you will need to contact the support team. This can be done via the SiteStop’s Contacts Page

SiteStop recommends changing your password at least once every six months or sooner if you suspect someone might know your password. To update it, simply login to the Control Panel ( and under “Account Details” there is an option to “Change Password”

To ensure your account is not suspended or disrupted due to a missed payment or expired subscription package, you should renew your account as early as possible. SiteStop does not keep any records of your payment methods once a transaction has been completed. If your payment details have changed since subscribing, simply update them when you renew

If you can’t logon to the control panel to manage your site, it means we have disabled your account, please get in touch with our support team to get this resolved.

Payment Central handle all our subscription payments and renewals, so you might get an email from them if you’ve signed up or are approaching your subscription renewal date. This is not spam so please don’t ignore it.

Our control panel can be access via this link, you will need your account user name and password in order to login. This would have been provided to you when you bought a hosting package.
