Domains

SiteStop does not sell any domains, you will need to purchase one from a domain reseller. SiteStop supports all domain names from .co.uk to .com and all variants in-between. Just remember to update your DNS Name Server to point to SiteStops name servers for your hosting to become active

To change your domain’s hosting provider to SiteStop is an easy process. You simply need to update your DNS Name Servers to ours, they are ns1.sitestop.co.uk and ns2.sitestop.co.uk

If your old website is a collection of static files, then all you need to to is copy the files over to your new hosting account, you can do this via the online control panel, or simply using an FTP connection to your hosting account and transferring it via a browser or app.

If you are using a CMS system, then it could be slight more difficult, you will need to make sure you copy your databases as well as your website files
